Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
How are the cups kept cold during shipping?
We ship with insulated liners and ice packs to keep your cups at the right temperature. If anything arrives warm or compromised, let us know and we'll make it right.

Can I change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes.

What are the ingredients?
Every cup contains 3 real ingredients: beef tallow, raw honey, and nut butter. Some flavors include collagen peptides. That's it.
How should I store them?
Keep them refrigerated. TRIBAR cups are real food — they belong in the fridge, not on a shelf.
What is the shelf life?
Refrigerated, our cups stay fresh for 4–6 weeks. No preservatives, no tricks.
Are your cups nut-free or allergen-free?
Our cups contain tree nuts (almond butter or peanut butter). They are made in a facility that processes nuts. If you have a nut allergy, TRIBAR is not suitable for you.
