Our Guarantee
We want you to love your TRIBAR experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our refrigerated products, we do not accept returns of opened food items. However, if your order arrived damaged, warm, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we review your claim regarding a damaged or incorrect order, we’ll process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at help@tribar.com.
